A 30 minute walkthrough with a quality specialist, using your framework and facility structure.
Quality teams have the data. They rarely have the picture.
Most hospitals already run quality programmes. What holds them back is not intent, it is the shape of the systems underneath. Six patterns show up in almost every assessment we run.
Quality data sits in five places
Incidents in one tool, audits in spreadsheets, policies on a shared drive, indicators in email. No one view of where the organisation actually stands today.
Work is manual and reactive
Teams chase forms, reminders and signatures. Investigations start late, and closing a CAPA is easier than proving it worked.
Evidence is rebuilt before every survey
Months of retrospective document collection produce a snapshot that starts ageing the day the assessors leave the building.
Indicators arrive too late to act on
Monthly reporting describes what already happened. By the time a threshold breach is visible, the window to intervene has closed.
Every facility answers the standard differently
Multi site groups have no common structure for standards, evidence or scoring, so performance cannot be compared or rolled up.
Quality staff carry administration, not improvement
Experienced clinicians spend the week collating, formatting and following up instead of analysing causes and driving change.
One platform. Connected quality. Continuous readiness.
HxCentral DQMS turns everyday quality activity into a closed loop. What a nurse reports, what an auditor observes and what a committee decides all land in the same structure, linked and time stamped.
Live visibility
Real time dashboards connect quality, safety, risk and compliance across every unit and facility, not one month in arrears.
Evidence by design
Actions, approvals, decisions and audit trails are produced by daily work, so the evidence file builds itself.
Connected governance
Incidents, risks, audits, indicators, CAPA and management review are linked, so a finding can be traced to the action that closed it.
Data you can trust
Completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness of quality data are monitored as measures in their own right.
Accreditation stops being a project that runs for three months before a survey and becomes a state the organisation can see at any point in the year.
Ten modules that cover the full quality cycle
Each module works on its own and gets stronger in combination. Start with the one that hurts most, then extend without a second implementation.
Incident and Event Management
Report, triage, investigate and learn from safety events with severity based routing and closure tracking.
Risk Management
Identify, assess, mitigate and monitor clinical and enterprise risks on a live register with control ownership.
Policy and Document Management
Control policies, SOPs and forms with versioning, review cycles, approvals and read acknowledgement.
Feedback, Complaints, PREMs and PROMs
Capture patient voice across channels, route concerns for service recovery and track experience against outcomes.
Compliance Tracker
Hold every obligation, owner, due date and status in one register, with escalation before a deadline is missed.
Accreditation Standards Mapping
Map standards to evidence, owners and gaps, with a live readiness score by chapter, facility and department.
Internal Audits and Gap Closure
Plan audit calendars, run checklists on mobile, raise non conformities and track closure to verified completion.
Quality Indicators and KPI Management
Collect indicator data at source, monitor trends against thresholds and benchmark across units and sites.
Training and Competency Management
Assign training, record assessments and keep staff competency current and provable at any moment.
RCA and CAPA
Run structured cause analysis, assign corrective and preventive actions and verify that they held.
Every module shares one data model, one user directory and one audit trail. A single incident can raise a risk, trigger a policy revision, open a CAPA and update an indicator without anyone re entering the data.
Built around the chapters your assessors actually open
DQMS maps to the structure of NABH, so evidence sits where an assessor expects to find it. The same mapping model applies to JCI, CBAHI, CHKS, JAWDA and ISO.
Patient voice
Connect feedback, complaints, PREMs and PROMs across channels, with timely service recovery and a record of what changed as a result.
Patient safety
Manage incidents and risks from first report through control measures, root cause analysis, CAPA and organisational learning.
Workforce assurance
Keep competencies, credentials, privileges, training and performance reviews continuously current rather than periodically refreshed.
Quality intelligence
Turn trusted quality data into indicators, dashboards, benchmarks and insight that a committee can act on in the meeting.
Digital controls
Secure multichannel access with role based permissions, privacy controls, auditability and end to end traceability.
Quality operations
Unify compliance obligations, audits, controlled documents, non conformities, CAPA and governance review in one operating rhythm.
Standards change. Chapter structures get revised, new editions arrive and local authorities add their own reporting. Mapping in DQMS is configuration, not code, so a standards update is handled by the quality team in days rather than a release cycle.
Enterprise plumbing that makes the quality work hold up
The modules are what users see. The foundation underneath is what makes the evidence defensible, the data comparable and the rollout survivable across a group of hospitals.
Interoperability
API first integration with EMR, HIS, LIS, ERP, HRMS, IoT and RTLS, including HL7 and FHIR.
AI and automation
Native AI for summarisation, standards deviation analysis, case analysis and agentic monitoring of signals.
Analytics and dashboards
Embedded analytics, BI connectors, real time KPIs and predictive insight for committees and boards.
IAM and RBAC
SSO, OAuth and SAML with role based access down to department, facility and record level.
Audit trail
Every create, edit, approval and closure is time stamped and attributable, with no silent overwrites.
Data governance and privacy
Retention, consent and privacy controls that hold up under local health data regulation.
Low code configuration
Forms, workflows and standards mapping changed by your team without a development cycle.
Master data management
One source for facilities, departments, staff, assets and standards so reporting rolls up cleanly.

Running in hospitals that are audited for real
HxCentral applications are in daily use across single hospitals and large multi country groups in India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Integrated QMS across 70 facilities
A leading regional healthcare group rolled out one quality management system across 70 facilities, integrated it with multiple EMRs and automated reporting to healthcare authorities.
MIDDLE EAST360 degree feedback across 50 facilities
Patient voice was orchestrated across channels for 9 departments in a multi country provider, with complaints, PREMs and PROMs feeding the same improvement loop as incidents and audits.
MEA, 3 GEOGRAPHIESHealthcare specific, not a generic compliance tool in a white coat
Quality leaders have been sold horizontal GRC platforms before. What breaks is always the same thing: the workflow does not match how a hospital runs, so adoption stalls at the quality department.
- Built for care providers onlyEvery workflow, form and indicator started life in a hospital, not in a manufacturing or financial services template.
- Proven at group scaleMulti facility, multi country rollouts with local variation handled through configuration rather than separate instances.
- Connected to the systems you already runAPI first integration with EMR, HIS, LIS, ERP and HRMS, so quality data is drawn from the source instead of retyped.
- Configured by your quality teamLow code forms, workflows and standards mapping mean a revised standard or a new indicator does not wait for a vendor release.
- Deployed the way your policy requiresPublic cloud, private cloud, on premises or hybrid, with enterprise security and full audit trails in every model.
- Adopted one module at a timeStart with incidents or audits, prove the value in one quarter, then extend across the quality cycle on the same platform.
DQMS, answered plainly
What is a digital quality management system in healthcare?
A digital quality management system, or DQMS, is a single platform that manages a hospital's quality, patient safety, risk, compliance and accreditation work in one place. Instead of separate tools for incidents, audits, policies, indicators and CAPA, a DQMS links them, so a reported event can be traced through investigation, corrective action and the indicator that proves the action worked. HxCentral DQMS covers ten such modules on one data model with a shared audit trail.
Which accreditation frameworks does HxCentral DQMS support?
HxCentral DQMS supports NABH, JCI, CHKS, CBAHI, JAWDA and ISO. Standards, chapters, evidence requirements and scoring are configured rather than hard coded, so a hospital can run more than one framework at the same time and map a single piece of evidence to the relevant clause in each. New editions of a standard are handled by the quality team through configuration.
How does a DQMS shorten accreditation preparation?
Preparation is usually long because evidence is assembled retrospectively. In HxCentral DQMS the evidence is a by product of daily work: every incident investigation, audit finding, policy approval, training record and CAPA closure is captured with its owner, date and approval trail as it happens. Readiness is visible as a live score by chapter, facility and department, so gaps are found and closed through the year rather than in the weeks before a survey.
Can DQMS work alongside our existing EMR or HIS?
Yes. HxCentral is API first and integrates with EMR, HIS, LIS, ERP, HRMS, IoT and RTLS systems, including HL7 and FHIR based exchange. It does not replace the clinical record. It draws the data it needs from source systems so quality indicators, patient feedback and incident context are populated automatically instead of being re entered by staff.
Can we start with one module instead of the full suite?
Yes. Most hospitals start with the area under most pressure, usually incident and event management or internal audits, and extend from there. Because every module shares one platform, user directory and data model, adding a module later is a configuration exercise rather than a second implementation, and historical data stays connected.
Who uses DQMS inside a hospital?
Quality and patient safety teams own it, but the value depends on reach. Nurses and doctors report events and complete checklists on mobile, department heads manage risks and actions, HR and training teams maintain competency records, and the leadership team reviews live indicators in governance meetings. Role based access controls what each group sees and can change.
